Refund policy
Returns
If there is an issue with a product, contact us immediately at info@goodrebelvegan.com. Do not return your item to Good Rebel unless instructed to do so.
If there is an issue with an online order picked up in-store, you must report it before leaving for any claim to be valid. Claims made after customers have removed their order from the premises cannot be honoured.
If there is an issue with an online order shipped to your home, it must be reported within 3 hours of delivery for the claim to be honoured. We cannot offer refunds for orders that the courier have confirmed as delivered to the correct address but are lost or stolen after delivery.
In-store pickup orders that are not picked up within 10 days will be cancelled and store credit issued for the value.
Any online order where a cancellation and refund is subsequently requested by the customer will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover the cost of online payment processing fees.
The following items are final sale:
Gift cards;
Sale items;
Products that have expired because of late in-store pickup;
Bulk and case deal products;
Any other special order products.
We cannot refund home delivery orders that have been lost or stolen, and we cannot refund shipping charges.
We will require proof of purchase, photos of the product, and in some cases, the item returned to our store.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your online account, or in some cases, to your original method of payment, at Good Rebel's discretion.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@goodrebelvegan.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@goodrebelvegan.com.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: Good Rebel Vegan Ltd., 1591 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6K1T9, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
