Zatoun Za'atar
Za'atar is a Middle Eastern cuisine staple, made with wild thyme and sumac picked in the hills of Palestine mixed with roasted sesame seeds and salt, prepared by fair trade certified women's cooperatives in Palestine. Dip pita bread in olive oil and then za'atar, sprinkle on roasted vegetables, or make a simple dip of plain vegan yogurt, sprinkled with za'atar and a drizzle of olive oil!
Ingredients: Thyme, Roasted Sesame Seeds, Sumac and Sea Salt.
