IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
We are currently only offering online shopping
This method of contactless grocery shopping allows customers to maintain critical social distancing. You shop and pay online, your groceries have not been handled by the general public like in many other shops, and you will not be in physical contact with other customers or employees at pickup.
Everything we sell in-store is available in our online store.
Free in-store pickup is available for orders of $35 or more.
You will not see the in-store pickup option at checkout until your cart has reached the minimum amount.
Order before 10am for same day pickup between 12pm-6pm.
Orders placed after 10am will be available for pickup the next day between 12pm-6pm.
We are temporarily closed on Sundays. Orders placed after 10am on Saturday will be available for pickup on Monday.
You will not receive a follow up message with a specific time slot for pickup- please come by anytime between 12-6.
Orders must be picked up by 6pm the following day at the latest.
Your shipping address is required at checkout for all orders- the platform uses this as your billing address.
Unfortunately, we cannot process add ons after an order has been placed- the only way to order additional items is to place another order, and pickup according to the timeframe outlined above (next day if placed after 10am.)
As you prepare for your in-store pickup please note:
One customer is permitted in the store at a time. If a customer is inside when you arrive, kindly queue outside.
Please have your order number ready- it is required for pickup.
When you enter the store, please stand behind the red line on the floor. The Team Member will take your order number and pack up your order. Please wait behind the red line until your order has been placed on the table and the Team Member indicates that you can step forward to pick it up so that they have time to back up and maintain a safe distance.
Your order will come packed in our 100% recycled paper bags. We cannot reuse these bags once customers have handled them, so please take the bags with you and reuse them at home or recycle them. (They make a great cat toy!)
If a delivery driver arrives during your pickup, we ask that you step outside until the delivery driver has finished bringing stock into the store. You will not lose your place in the pickup queue.
